When a liquid containing acids is spilled on stones it creates etched marks. Marble, travertine, and limestone etche very easily , but granit is very acid resistant and will rarely etch. You can prevent etching by not using cleaners and chemicals that contain acids. IFix can remove it with our polishing process.
