Natural stone is beautiful but sensitive. Over time it develops stains, scratches, and dull spots. Our restoration process includes:
- Removing stains: Different stains need different methods. For example:
Organic stains (coffee, tea, wine, fruit) are drawn out with special poultices.
Oil/grease stains (cooking oil, lotions) are lifted using deep-penetrating cleaners.
Rust stains are treated with specialty rust removers safe for natural stone. - Scratch removal: We use diamond abrasives to grind down scratches layer by layer until the surface is smooth again.
- Polishing dull spots: Etching and wear can create cloudy areas. We polish with progressive diamond pads and powders until the stone shines evenly.
- Sealing: After restoration, we apply professional sealers so the stone resists future staining and damage.
